Unlocking the Power of Vibrational Frequencies: A Guide to Raising Your Energy

"Everything is energy and that's all there is to it. Match the frequency of the reality you want and you cannot help but get that reality. It can be no other way. This is not philosophy. This is physics."

- Albert Einstein

According to the concept of vibrational frequency, everything in the universe, including humans, has a vibrational frequency or energy. The vibrational frequency of a human being is believed to be affected by their thoughts, emotions, and actions.

Positive thoughts, emotions, and actions are believed to raise a person's vibrational frequency, while negative thoughts, emotions, and actions are believed to lower it. The goal is to raise one's vibrational frequency to a level that is conducive to health, happiness, and spiritual growth.

Some researchers and practitioners in the field of energy healing and holistic health have attempted to quantify the vibrational frequencies of emotions through various means, such as muscle testing and biofeedback devices.

One widely accepted theory, proposed by Dr. David Hawkins in his book "Power vs. Force," suggests that each emotion has a specific vibrational frequency that can be measured on a logarithmic scale of 0 to 1000 dB.

( Decibels are a unit of measurement used to express the ratio of two sound intensities, and they are defined as one-tenth of a bel. The bel was named after Alexander Graham Bell, the inventor of the telephone, and it represents a logarithmic ratio between two power quantities.)

According to this theory, the higher the frequency, the more positive and life-enhancing the emotion, while the lower the frequency, the more negative and life-diminishing the emotion.

Some examples of the vibrational frequencies of emotions according to this theory are:

  • Love (500-600) dB

  • Joy (540-600) dB

  • Peace (600-700) dB

  • Gratitude (540-600) dB

  • Contentment (210-350) dB

  • Boredom (50-60) dB

  • Guilt (30) dB

  • Shame (20) dB

  • Fear (100) dB

  • Anger (150) dB

  • Grief (75) dB

Have you ever heard the saying, "you are what you eat"? What if we told you that it's not just about your physical health, but your spiritual and emotional health as well? Our bodies, souls, and spirits are all connected, and raising our vibrations is the key to unlocking a more fulfilling life.

Everything in the universe is made up of frequencies. Every reality and every being is like a radio station that broadcasts a specific frequency. If we don't like the messages that we are constantly hearing from someone who talks about negative things, we can change the radio and tune into a new frequency to hear new messages. But in order to do that, we have to tune ourselves into a new frequency so we can hear new messages.

There are three things we can do to start the process of raising our vibration:

1. Physical and Mental Bodies

  • Change the way we eat. It's not about becoming a vegetarian or vegan to be more spiritual. It's about acknowledging what our body is really asking for. To become more aware and enlightened, we need to consume food that is light in nature and easily digestible. Plant-based diet can promote a greater sense of compassion, connectedness, and mindfulness, which can contribute to a deeper sense of spiritual awareness. I am not inviting you to stop eating animal products altogether, rather to minimize it, especially if you are reaching for enlightenment.

  • Drink clean water. Water is crucial for the body to function properly, and it's especially important for energy exchange within the body. Water helps to transport essential nutrients and oxygen to cells, which are necessary for energy production. And when waste products build up in the body, it can have a negative impact on energy levels. Interestingly, the pH level of the water we drink can also have an impact on our energy levels. The body's pH level is important for maintaining optimal health and energy levels. If the body's pH level is too acidic or too alkaline, it can have a negative effect on bodily functions, including energy production.

  • Regular physical activity. Regular physical activity is not only important for our physical health but also for our spiritual growth and raising our vibrational frequencies. When we engage in physical activity, we release endorphins and other hormones that can improve our mood, reduce stress, and promote overall well-being. This can lead to a more positive outlook and a greater sense of connection to our spiritual selves. Physical activity helps us to connect with our bodies and the present moment, which is a fundamental aspect of spiritual growth. Through movement, we can become more aware of our bodies, our breath, and our surroundings, allowing us to be fully present in the moment and deepen our spiritual practices such as meditation or prayer. As well as, balance our energy, clear any blockages, and promote the flow of life force energy or chi throughout the body. This can enhance our spiritual practices and help us to raise our vibrational frequencies.

  • Steer clear of:

    • Coffee is a stimulant that can cause the body to produce excess adrenaline and cortisol, leading to feelings of anxiety and nervousness. Over time, this can cause chronic stress, which can interfere with the body's energy flow and disrupt our ability to connect with our spiritual selves.

    • Tobacco contains nicotine, which is a highly addictive and harmful substance that can cause damage to the lungs, heart, and other organs. It can also constrict blood vessels, reducing the flow of oxygen and nutrients to the body, including the brain. This can interfere with our energy flow, making it more difficult to engage in spiritual practices and connect with our higher selves.

    • Alcohol is a depressant that can have a negative impact on our mood and overall well-being. It can also disrupt our sleep patterns, leading to fatigue and reduced energy levels. Over time, alcohol can damage the liver and other organs, making it more difficult for the body to function properly and hindering our spiritual growth.

    • Drugs can also have a negative impact on our energy flow and spiritual growth. Drugs can alter our perception of reality, making it more difficult to connect with our spiritual selves and the world around us. They can also damage the body and brain, making it more difficult to engage in physical and spiritual practices that support our well-being.

2. Spiritual Body

Our breath is so much more than just the exchange of oxygen and carbon dioxide in our lungs. It's a powerful tool that can help to regulate our physical and emotional well-being, as well as our spiritual growth. Our hormones and endocrine system play a crucial role in maintaining balance in our bodies. They control everything from our metabolism to our mood and emotions. When we engage in deep breathing, we can help to oxygenate the blood and stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system, which promotes relaxation and reduces stress. This, in turn, supports the production of hormones that promote well-being.

Most importantly, breath organizes the information of the soul, which is essentially the energy that moves us. When we breathe deeply, we're able to align our physical and spiritual selves, which can lead to a higher vibration. Chakras are energy centers in the body that are associated with different aspects of our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. When these energy centers are blocked or unbalanced, it can affect our overall well-being. But by engaging in deep breathing, we can help to activate and balance our chakras, leading to a more harmonious flow of energy throughout the body. Proper breathing supports our spiritual growth and helps us to reach higher levels of consciousness.

3. Emotional Body

Laughter is the key to a high vibration. Laughter truly is an amazing thing! It has so many benefits that can positively impact our mental, emotional, and physical health. It's no wonder why it's often referred to as the best medicine. When we laugh, we experience an increase in our vibration and energy levels. This can help us to feel more alive, present, and connected to the world around us. Even in the face of challenges, laughter can help us find moments of joy and levity, allowing us to see things from a different perspective. In addition to the physical benefits of laughter, such as the release of endorphins, it can also have a significant impact on our emotional well-being. It can help us to let go of negative emotions and thoughts, and it can even help us to cope with stress and anxiety. By finding something to laugh about, we can shift our focus to the positive aspects of life and improve our overall outlook. Laughter can be a great way to feel oneness. Sharing a good laugh with someone can create a sense of connection and help us to feel closer to those around us. This connection and sense of community can be a powerful force for promoting positive emotions and overall well-being.

So, don't be afraid to let loose and have a good laugh! It's one of the simplest and most effective ways to raise your vibration and improve your overall quality of life.

We are Powerful Beings

We all possess incredible power within ourselves, but sometimes it can feel like we're lost in the dark trying to figure out how to tap into it, looking for guidance. Here's the thing: we don't need to mimic anyone else's potential. We just need to focus on what sets our soul on fire, what we love to do the most. Knowing that time and space are constants, so there's no need to rush or frantically try to achieve something just to check it off our list. The universe is constantly moving forward, and we should embrace that momentum.
